Extensive alterations to this 60/70's dated property commencing with the demolition of the old flat roofed porch. This was followed by the construction of a new kitchen and utility room extension to the rear of the property, this included structural alterations consisting of large steel "goal post style" supporting beams. These beams were all fitted in order to remove the old kitchen external wall. The structural support work dramatically changed the layout transforming the old small kitchen into a large kitchen/diner. Three large velux windows were installed allowing much needed natural light to cascade throughout changing the dynamics of the whole area. We installed two new luxury bathrooms fitted with floor to ceiling tiling. All external wall finishes completed in Sterling White K Rend with Pewter Grey bands.
Finally, paths and patios were installed using a mixture of green Honister slate chippings and concrete paving flags forming a nice curved path at the entrance welcoming you into the property.
